Ticket Information
Tickets can be purchased online, in person at either the Kelowna Community Theatre or the Rotary Centre for the Arts, or over the phone by calling (250) 469-8940.
Whether you have questions about tickets, events, or gift certificates, feel free to get in touch during business hours.
Our Box Office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
For events held on weekends or statutory holidays, the Box Office opens 3 hours before show time to assist with ticket pick-up and purchases.
Parking
Please note:
- The City Hall parking lot is open for public parking after 4 p.m. from Monday-Friday. Before 4 p.m on weekdays, the lot is reserved for City Hall business parking only. Full details can be found on the Kelowna Parking Map.
- Various events may be occurring within the downtown on any given show night. It is advised that you give yourself ample time to find parking and get into the theatre in time for the show.
- Parking is not permitted on any downtown street between the hours of 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. due to street cleaning and snow removal.
