Tickets can be purchased online, in person at either the Kelowna Community Theatre or the Rotary Centre for the Arts, or over the phone by calling (250) 469-8940. We’re happy to help you find the best option for your visit!
If you selected "Will Call" when purchasing your tickets, they’ll be held for you at the Box Office. You can pick them up during regular business hours—just be sure to bring photo ID for verification.
If you're collecting your tickets on the day of the performance, we recommend arriving at least 1 hour before show time to avoid any delays and ensure a smooth experience.
Yes. All ticket prices for events at Kelowna Community Theatre include a $2.25 Capital Improvement Fee and 5% GST. In addition, a service fee is applied to cover processing costs, card handling, and applicable taxes. These fees help us maintain the theatre and continue providing great service to our community.
Absolutely! Gift certificates are available in any denomination and make a great option for friends, family, or special occasions. To purchase, just give us a call at (250) 469-8940—we’ll be happy to help!
Our Box Office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
For events held on weekends or statutory holidays, theboxoffice opens 3 hours before show time to assist with ticket pick-up and purchases.

We’ve received reports of tickets being sold through third-party websites. These tickets may be invalid or counterfeit, and KCT does not authorise ticket sales through any other vendors. We never redirect customers to other websites to complete a purchase.

- Rows are listed without seat numbers
- Tickets are offered on eBay, Kijiji, Craigslist, or similar sites
- The ticket does not show the price or shows a different price than what you paid

- Be cautious of search engine ads—these may be paid listings from third-party resellers
