Terms and Conditions

The ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring before, during, or after the event. Upon admission, the ticket holder agrees to comply with all applicable laws, bylaws, regulations, and venue codes of conduct. Failure to comply may result in non-admission or expulsion from the event. Expulsion cancels this ticket and the ticket holder forfeits any claim to the refund of the ticket price or any associated services or delivery fees. 

The price displayed on the ticket includes all applicable fees and taxes. theboxoffice.ca does not offer or condone its tickets for resale. Tickets not purchased through theboxoffice.ca carry the risk of being fraudulent. The City of Kelowna and theboxoffice.ca are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket. 

Tickets and fees are non-refundable.
