How to Subscribe Online
Returning Subscribers:
Renew your preferred subscription between August 5 and September 30, 2025, to secure your reserved seats from the 2024/2025 season.
For renewing for the Full Season, please access your account HERE and enter your email address and password. Once you are logged into your account, you will see a link to view your "Fixed Subscriptions". Click this and follow the checkout process to the end.
To move to a different seat or add additional seats to your subscription, contact theboxoffice (by phone 250-469-8940 or in person). We’ll do our best to make changes after the renewal period ends. Don’t forget to include your email and phone number so we can reach you if needed.
New Subscribers:
Purchase a “I Want to See It All” or “I Want to Curate My Season” pass between August 5 and October 10, 2025, to secure the best available seats at additional savings.
Purchase the 6-ticket “I Want to Wing It” pass and redeem in any combination when your schedule allows. Call theboxoffice to redeem and select the best available Zone B seats for your preferred concert(s).

Concerts in February and April feature a dress rehearsal that is open to the public, both at the Kelowna Community
Theatre at 2:00pm. Admission is by a suggested $25 donation at the door.

Informal pre-concert chats take place one hour before each concert.
These free, 30-minute sessions are the perfect way to learn more about the composers and the music on the program you are there to hear.
